Most patients resume normal activities within 24-48 hours after their AirTite procedure. While you may experience some mild swelling or tenderness, these effects typically subside quickly, allowing you to return to your daily routine with minimal interruption.

We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise for 1-2 weeks after your procedure. Light walking is encouraged immediately to promote circulation, but high-impact activities should be avoided until cleared by your surgeon.

Yes, you'll be asked to wear a compression garment for approximately two weeks following your procedure. For the first few days, we recommend wearing it 22 hours per day (removing only for showering), then at night for the remainder of the recovery period to optimize your results.
